Good to know
How does the app choose my photos?
It looks at the photos you took last month and favors photos of people. It skips screenshots, blurry shots and near-duplicates, and never picks a photo it has already printed for you. If a month is quiet, it fills in with favorites from earlier that year and tells you.
Can I change the photos?
Yes. Until the 28th you can swap any photo, add your own, order extra copies, or skip the month. If you do nothing, your roll is approved for you on the 28th.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel any time in the app. Yearly plans are paid once for 12 rolls; you can turn off renewal any time, and a skipped month moves to the end so you still get all 12.
Are my photos private?
Your photos are used only to print and ship your rolls. We never sell them or use them for ads. You can delete your data any time in the app. Read the privacy policy.
When will my prints arrive?
Rolls are approved on the 28th, ship the next business day, and usually arrive within about a week.
When can I get it?
Off the Roll is launching soon on the iPhone App Store. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day it's ready.
