Common questions

Change my photos: open the app, tap Review my photos, and tap ✕ on any photo to swap it. You can change photos until the end of the 28th.
Skip a month: on the review screen, tap Skip this month.
Cancel or turn off renewal: in the app, go to Settings and then Your plan.
Change my address: in the app, go to Settings and then Shipping address.
Delete my data: in the app, go to Settings and tap Delete my data. This removes your photos, orders and account.
Damaged prints: email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint them.
